Residual oil or low-grade bitumen is delivered to the area of raw materials tank by asphalt truck tank, and unloaded to the oil-discharging groove (1.5m3), inside which have heat conducting oil pipes. Then, bitumen is fed to bitumen storage tank by bitumen pump. Afterwards, bitumen is transported to heat exchanger from the bitumen storage tank by bitumen pump. The bitumen with 120°C can be quickly heated to above 190°C through the heat exchanger, and enters into the oxidation reactor.
